Increased concentration equals increased productivity, so go put on your sneakers! All it takes is some intentionality and a little effort. Whether it’s just a stroll around the block, a session at the gym, or a sports game with friends, exercise has been proven to improve concentration levels. Now that we know some of the obstacles that are holding us back, it should be easier to overcome them.
